Standards designed to strengthen trust
Every interaction with a customer, organizer, fellow member, sponsor, public agency, or community reflects on both the individual business and MFBAMC.
Licensing, insurance & certification
- Maintain all required licenses
- Provide current proof of insurance
- Name MFBAMC as an additional insured when required
- Maintain ServSafe Manager and approved food-handler credentials
Equipment & presentation
- Keep trucks and trailers in good working order
- Use professional, clean attire
- Avoid handwritten signs
- Maintain a clean, customer-ready operation
Event-day responsibility
- Arrive at least one hour before start time
- Remain through the scheduled event finish
- Provide and remove appropriate waste containers
- Leave the area as clean as or cleaner than it was found
Independent business conduct
- Set menu prices independently
- Communicate honestly and professionally
- Respect original lead relationships
- Cooperate without surrendering business independence
Accountability
Failure to follow Association standards may result in warning, suspension, or removal at the Board’s discretion. When practical, a member will receive notice of the concern and an opportunity to respond.
