Eligibility and Important Information

Applicants must have actively operated a licensed mobile food or beverage business for at least one continuous year.
The Board of Directors may verify past-event information supplied with the application.
Every supporting document listed in this application must be uploaded before the application can be submitted.
All required federal, state, county, and local licenses, permits, inspections, certifications, and General Liability Insurance must be current.
If accepted, the business must add the Mobile Food & Beverage Association of Marion County, Inc. as an Additional Insured.
At least one member of management must hold a current Food Handler Manager Certificate.
Applicants must agree to the Association Bylaws, Guidelines, Rules, and Standards of Professional Conduct.
Significant Health Department violations, event removals, permit suspensions, or unresolved customer complaints during the previous twelve months may affect eligibility.
Membership requires a unanimous affirmative vote of the Board of Directors. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or create a member account.
Current members may be invited to comment, and membership capacity may be limited.
